Do note returns are only accepted on unopened products with original packaging and labels intact. For prescription medications, no returns can be facilitated due to strict healthcare regulations – but reach out to our support team regarding any issues with prescribed orders.

How to Initiate a Return?

Exchanges

If you would prefer an identical replacement item instead of refund, let our team know when initiating the return – and we will ship the exchanged piece once the original is delivered back to us. This allows continuity of your treatment plans. Applicable refund policy terms like return windows, shipping costs etc. still apply.

Exceptions & Restrictions
